Trakt 리뷰

There’s a ton of great comedy, the acting is fantastic overall with a great lead in Steve Carell, but I absolutely despise how these leftist writers just can’t help themselves from Trojan horsing in their agenda. They know full well their little woke era is over yet still they insist on cramming literal communist worship & unironic feminist man-hating slop into every episode. Good God do I despise Hollywood, how hard is it to just write a show without force feeding your political beliefs down everyone’s throats? Imagine this same show but instead there’s a professor fawning over einsatzgruppen, lefties would be burning down LA after one episode (If you watched the show and don’t know what I’m talking about, you need to up your game when it comes to spotting propaganda in the media you consume). Guaranteed this will become unbearable somewhere down the road but for now it’s being held together by the facts that there’s at least some funny people on the writers’ team and they managed to bag Carell as the lead. 8/10

Honestly it's fun to see Steve Carrel in an awkward type of role. It's like 40 year old virgin meets The Office in a college campus. Awkward, weird and funny in all the right ways. Happy to see Steve Carrel back in a tv show.

Watched 4 episode’s and each episode was better than the previous. It’s a dry comedy , not like the in your face The Office comedy, but honestly just as good. It’s a great start for a new show for Steve and glad to see him back. Someone here mentioned 40 year old virgin and that’s the kind of character he plays here and it’s perfect

I’ve watched 3 episodes so far. I’m going to watch the 4th, but I’ll probably drop it after that unless it really levels up. Maybe I just don’t get this one, but I’m not feeling what this is meant to be. I’ve had a few chuckles, but this doesn’t really feel like a great comedy. There are some awkward moments, but nothing really surprising or consistently awkward to be its own thing. There seems like they want the possibility of sentimental moments, but I just don’t feel like there is enough there to make me care. I had hoped/expected this was going to a smarter show, but I also haven’t seen any clever takes or insights into anything yet. I love Carrel in most things, but this feels very average. Hoping they find their stride and push a few more boundaries somewhere. Something to make this stand out and be worth watching rather than just filler material with a high value production.
